About Kirk Holloway
Kirk Holloway is a musician with a classic twang that sounds like Texas. The 22-year-old and his band veer toward old school country, giving a gritty edge to their folksy songs. If you’re a country purist, you’ll appreciate the heartfelt “All Over Losing You.” – D Magazine
Like most native Texans, Kirk Holloway has always had a prideful obsession with the state. That, somewhat unhealthy, obsession lead to a natural love of country and western music. Holloway’s sound can best be described as authentic old-school country, with modern elements, and a dash of good ol’ Texas charm. His songs are old in spirit, yet new in direction. From heart-searing ballads to foot-stomping ramblers, he is quickly carving his way into the Texas country music scene. His debut EP, Lonesome in the Lone Star State, released April 26th, 2019 & is now streaming worldwide.
