The Roomsounds make their own sound for the modern era – a young man’s take on timeless rock.

Dallas Observer thought the band’s self-titled debut album was “consistent with their Keith Richards and Tom Petty worship, an unpretentious album of purist rock ‘n’ roll riffs.” Rodney Hall, owner of FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, heard the band through a friend and dug their sound so much he invited them to FAME Studios to record their sophomore album, “Elm St.”

After performing over 300 shows supporting their sophomore effort, including a headlining European Tour, the band is back with urgency.

Central Track says “The latest single “Take Me As I Am” finds the band employing a slightly grittier approach — one that producer John Pedigo has been encouraging the band to embrace as a means to provide its undoubted songwriting prowes with a little added urgency. The core remains the same, though, with Michael’s voice lilting over tasteful, roots rock-influenced arrangements.”
