About Adam Case:

A Wichita, Kansas native turned Texan, Adam Case, is a singer-songwriter whose musical repertoire infuses elements of blues, rock and southern soul.

One of Adam’s first memories was receiving a Michael Jackson VHS tape when he was three years old. He watched the tape every day when he was younger, replicating the moves of the “King of Pop.” In fact, Adam’s family and friends thought that he would grow up to be a dancer, that was, until his senior year of high school. Up to that point, Adam had written a few songs and his senior year he performed one in front the entire student body. The experience changed him, and from that point forward, he determined that he wanted to spend his life making and performing music.

In 2012, Adam made it through four rounds of producer auditions for “The X Factor,” and had the opportunity to perform before Britney Spears, Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell. He decided after the experience that he wanted to develop his career more organically, and he continued to write and play as often as could. He released his debut album, “Video in My Stereo,” in 2015, which was mainly a catalog of past relationships. Adam’s major influences include: Adam Stone, Stevie Wonder, Amos Lee and Leon Bridges.

Adam is currently beginning work on his next album, which will address the current social climate by which we are surrounded. “We live in a world in which we are inundated with so much information that many people don’t even know who they are anymore because every second they are comparing themselves to or being compared to someone else. It kind of leaves everyone depressed, questioning why their lives aren’t as glamorous as the next person – but truth be told, they are.” The album will still incorporate Adam’s catchy hooks, but will mainly feature a southern soul sound. Hopefully, it will remind people of a simpler time, and that there is a world outside of cellphones, computers and ourselves.
